BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS We require your credit card details as security
to confirm all bookings.
We also require a 20% non-refundable deposit
for bookings in excess of £500.
We always issue a Booking Confirmation (usually
by email), where there is time to do so.
All prices are quoted and payable in UK Pounds
(GBP/£stg.)
CANCELLATION & CURTAILMENT Where we incur a loss of revenue due to cancellation, 'no show', or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation charge, always given that:
(a)
we have been unable to re-let the booked room(s) and
(b)
no charge will exceed 65% of the value of the booking.
SETTLEMENT All balances fall due on check-out.

Transport Local Transport: Airport pick-ups incur a parking fee, and we charge £15 to cover this and our time. Otherwise, we charge £5 for most local journeys, (ie station, restaurants and airport drop-offs). These minor charges are added to your bill.
Day Tours: Let us know your principal aim, (ie see Edinburgh Castle) and we'll suggest other places to visit/things to do on the way. From this we'll agree an itinerary which we will cost for you.
